Training is very important to us. Every member of our operational team has undergone in-house certified training carried out by highly experienced trainers. Our teams are trained in correct lifting methods, specialist packing techniques and correct methods of loading and unloading removal vehicles. Our teams also realize that politeness, helpfulness, honesty and courtesy are imperative at all times. In order to monitor customer satisfaction we call our customer to complete a quality questionnaire after we have carried out their move. We are proud to say that since Jan 2008, 99% of our customers have rated our service as "Good" or (in the vast majority of cases) "Excellent".


Our large fleet of specialist removal vehicles receives a full mechanical inspection every 6 weeks with servicing taking place every 12 weeks. All vehicles are kept clean and are kitted out with adequate transit protection blankets, tools, webbing and the necessary trolleys / dollies and trucks. We also perform balcony lifts in order to move items in and out of windows where internal access is difficult.
